List of resolutions approved at Aug. 15, 2023, Town Board meeting (with links to text)

The nine resolutions listed below (click links to read text) were approved during the Aug. 15, 2023, meeting of the Hurley Town Board.

All except the Bonadio resolution were approved 4-0, with member Gregory Simpson absent. The Bonadio resolution was approved 3-1, with member Michael Boms casting the "no" vote.

* Retaining Bonadio & Co. LLP CPAs

* Budget line adjustments - reassigning total of $130,000

* Budget line adjustments - ARPA accounting 

* Retaining independent contractor to prepare MS-4 report (re stormwater management) for NYSDEC

* Hiring part-time Transfer Station attendants

* Authorizing Town Justice Court to seek Justice Court Assistance Program grant

* Approving shared services with Esopus

* Authorizing bids to be sought for flatbed trailer for Highway Department

* Authorizing renewal of health insurance for town employees
