Justice Court

You may call the court 24/7, Please leave a message if you feel it is an urgent matter, messages will be picked up when available, don't forget to spell your last name and leave your DOB along with your phone number for a return call. If you do not leave your date of birth a return call will not be made.

Court personal will be in building at the hours listed above. We recommend giving a Call or E-mailing (hurleytowncourt@nycourts.gov) first before coming to the court. DO NOT come to the Court if you have a V&T ticket, you may mail or drop off your plea. Once again, if you call the Court please make sure you leave your date of birth when you call, along with your phone number. If you have a suspension, call and leave a message, we can work through this together. SMALL CLAIM MATTERS AND EVICTIONS CAN BE FILED.
 

Eviction hearings and Small Claim matters can be set for hearings. A court date will be determined when the court receives the paperwork.

IF YOU ARE FILING A SMALL CLAIMS OR EVICTION, IT IS BEST TO CALL THE COURT FIRST.
