Transfer Station & Recycling Center Policy Regarding Brush and Leaves

The Town of Hurley Transfer Station & Recycling Center is currently overrun with brush leftover from the ice storm. The Highway Department is unable to deal with the surplus and as such, the town is working on an alternative plan.

Temporarily, we are unable to accept brush and leaves at the Transfer Station. We are working on getting the excess removed as quickly as possible, and encourage you to check back for updates on the website. Additionally, you can e-subscrbe to website notifications to know when brush pick up will be permitted again.
