Zero Waste Hurley initiative will be focus of 3 public presentations in February

Shabazz Jackson and Josephine Papagni, owners and operators of Greenway Environmental Services, are starting the public information phase of the Zero Waste Hurley initiative.

Presentations are scheduled for:

* Tuesday, Feb. 6, during the Town of Hurley Climate Smart Task Force meeting. The Task Force meets virtually, starting at 7 p.m. To join online, go to meet.google.com/eee-uuvh-ehy. To join by phone, call (912) 712-4401 and enter ‪283 106 119# when prompted for a PIN.

* Wednesday, Feb. 7, during the Hurley Conservation Advisory Committee meeting. The committee meets at 7 p.m. in the Hurley Town Hall, 10 Wamsley Place.

* Tuesday, Feb. 13, during the Hurley Town Board workshop meeting. The meeting will start at 6 p.m. in the West Hurley Firehouse, 24 Wall St. The next four Zero Waste public information sessions will be announced at this meeting.
