Judy Mayhon Hurley Town Clerk The Hurley Town Clerk is an elected official who serves a two year term. They are the official record keeper for all town documents and, as such, are responsible for all permits, maps, licensing, and so forth. They are assisted in their duties by one or more Deputy Clerks. The Deputy Clerks are appointed by the Town Clerk and confirmed by the Town Board, and have the authority to sign permits, licenses, and other legal documents.
